The quality management system of Amazone Frozen encompasses the storage of frozen products within the temperature range of -18°C to -30°C. This system is intricately designed to encapsulate processes focused on preserving the quality of food items, with a particular emphasis on sustaining the seamless operation of our four freezer units. These units undergo meticulous monthly maintenance, with a strategic aim to minimize door openings and maintain the desired temperature, thereby upholding the integrity of the cold chain.

 

Integral to this system is a thawing protocol of approximately 30 minutes every four hours, meticulously designed to avert the crystallization of food products and preserve their quality. The overarching objective of our quality management system is to ensure that frozen products are stored under optimal conditions, thereby preserving their quality and mitigating the risk of short-term spoilage.
